Follow these simple steps to download your followers data from Instagram
Go to your Instagram profile, tap the menu icon (☰), then select Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center at the top of the settings menu
Select Your information and permissions, then tap Export your information
Select the Instagram account you want to export data from and tap Next
Choose Select types of information, then select only Followers and following
Set format to JSON, date range to All time, and tap Create files
Instagram will process your request and send a download link to your email (usually within 48 hours)
Check your email, click the download link, and save the ZIP file to your device
